On Monday first, run of Tejas Express was rolled out from Mumbai to Goa. The train reached to Goa on Tuesday. The train came along with impaired infotainment displays and wastage was sprinkled all over the train.
Seeing the train condition this way, railway officials said they were expected minor mess but to this level, the damage is done, that is shocking for us. Now officials will request to travelers not to damage train.
The train runs at speed of 200 kmph, the newly introduced train has many features which include in the toilet and secured gangway, automatic entrances, 9-inch infotainment displays, vending mechanisms, and automatic free water taps.
As per the sources, some 12 headphones are lost also the screens were scratched.
The train was not cleaned appropriately and toilets were also impure, said a passenger. Also, he mentioned that passengers were uninformed and attendants were not properly servicing. He also complained that taste of the food was also not up to the mark.
Tejas train will between Mumbai-Goa way for 5 days in the week and its fair starts from Rs1, 190 for AC chair-car seat.
