This is what Kareena is doing to loose weight

Kareena Kapoor Khan is not one of those actors who would not take her career lightly, be it anything, even pregnancy. It has only been around a month and a half and she has already started to almost get back into her previous shape. And for this she is actually making serious efforts. If rumors are to be believed, Kareena has even indulged in Kickboxing to shed her weight really fast.

According to a close source, ““Kareena is doing almost everything possible to lose that extra weight. She has always been into yoga, but now she has also started attending kick-boxing classes thrice a week. Her bestie Amrita Arora Ladak recommended it to her because it is more effective in weight loss post-pregnancy. She had done it herself and had got great results.”

Kareena’s upcoming movie – Veere Di Wedding is also scheduled for shooting since the beginning of April and the actress needs to get back in her previous shape by then.
