Who is Karan Oberoi?
Karan Oberoi is an Indian male model who started his kick ass modeling career at a very early age while working for a multinational corporate ad world. In his almost a decade long career he has worked with fashion Big Bazaar, Reebok, Royal Enfield bike and “RE” accessories, Isuzu, British Nutrition has been some of the biggest alliances he has made so far with these brands as a model. He’s one of the exception in the modeling market as a model, may be because of his simple lifestyle, clean eating with no bad habits at all. Karan was born to father Mr. G.S.Oberoi, his father used to work in higher management position and was in charge of the foreign International Business in one of the reputed Banks of India. His father never wanted his son to be a model and always emphasized more on studies like any other Indian parent. Karan’s mother Dr. Jasvinder Oberoi is a professor of Hindi literature in Delhi University. Being born in upper middle class and highly educated family his roots are still the same, as Karan besides being a top male model enjoys reading books in his free time rather watching movies and also a holder of two double postgraduate degrees which is also a big exception and we have never seen a model like that. Karan has not just done modeling in all these years but also has shared lot of awareness regarding health, lifestyle, fashion and modeling and how to get them all.

He’s one of the very few models who is seen fit with 6 pack abs all year around. Karan said in one of his interviews I got my 6 pack abs by eating apples and almonds for 15 days in a row. According to model Karan Oberoi any one can have 6 pack abs, in fact the truth is every one already has abs, its just that they are not visible. Karan also mentioned in one his interviews he was not fit once because he had met with an accident and couldn’t go to gym. Model KO suddenly got the shoot where it was imperative to show his 6 pack abs, he made a quick schedule of 15 days to get those shredded 6 pack abs and started eating small protein rich meals and declined salt and carbs intake. Top model was also running everyday for hours early morning on empty stomach. At the time of photo shoots he goes on low carbs, sugar free, less salt diet and also emphasizes on keeping it balanced throughout the year and living drug free, smoking free and alcohol free lifestyle. So if you are planning to become a model keep it simple that is living a balanced lifestyle by not overdoing rather keeping shorter goals towards fitness and putting little efforts towards physical and eating goals. Yes at the time of shoots models can definitely go to the extent the way Karan has described it. - Brunch: one scoop protein shake
- Before workout: pre workout drink to give lot of energy to his workout
- After workout: one scoop protein shake and one apple
- Lunch: Quinoa and one piece chicken or cottage cheese
- Evening meal: 2 oranges, hand full of almonds
- 8 pm meal: roasted chicken breast with broccoli or moong daal sprouts salad.
- 10 pm: salmon fish or tuna fish
Note: this is one set of meal to attain abs. Model Karan keeps changing the diet every other day, so that body doesn’t get used to the food we eat and stops responding.
