Twin blasts near Afghanistan parliament in Kabul –  Afghanistan’s capital city Kabul rocked with Twin blasts today in the evening. The blasts near Afghanistan parliament were caused by a car bomb. This Taliban terror outfit Afgan-Taliban has taken the responsibility of this blast.

During this latest terror attack on the Afghanistan parliament, employees were targeted and there might be causalities as per security officials present at the location.

Sediq Sediqqi, Afgan ministry spokesman has said that one of the blasts may have been caused by a car bomb.

The Afghan Taliban has said that they have killed/ wounded scores of people. A bus carrying many staff members from NDS, Intelligence Agency of Afghanistan was the main target of the attackers. There has been no immediate confirmation of the number of casualties from any authority.

This terror strike has ended a few months long period of calmness in the Kabul city. The blasts targeted the crowded area during the rush hours of afternoon. On Tuesday as well a terror strike in the southern province of Helmand occurred in which a suicide bomber killed seven people and wounded nine people.
