Located at Shiv Complex, near SBI, Rewari Road, Narnaul, in Haryana, Vodafone’s Global Design Store is in line with Vodafone’s‘Retail of Tomorrow’ initiative to deliver unmatched retail experience to its customers.
With the increasing use of smart phones, mobile internet and new technologies, the customer is evolving at a fast pace. The launch of this store is to bring world class service to the customers in the interior parts of the state. The store is a one stop-shop for every possible need of the customer.
Apart from providing support to the existing customers in the region, the store will also help new customers by providing them a highly personalised service.
Customers will be offered an array of services through special designated zones such as 3G Zone to discover and experience mobile internet, Vodafone Red Zone; a first of its kind all-in one post-paid service, M-Pesa Zone; a unique mobile money transfer service, Self Service Kiosk; a 24×7 facility for bill payment and recharge service, Vodafone Red Box; to enable customers to transfer content from an existing handset to a new age smart phone for free.
