A unique initiative from Vodafone for postpaid customers in Goa
Goa, April 13, 2015: As part of its committed endeavor to constantly innovate and go the extra mile to provide unmatched customer experience, Vodafone India, one of India’s leading telecommunications service providers, has in collaboration with the Department of Posts, introduced bill payment facility through computerized post offices in Goa. Vodafone has taken the first mover initiative to introduce the pay through post office facility to make it simple, easy, secure and less time consuming for customers to make their bill payments.
The facility is exclusively for the benefit of Vodafone post paid customers in Goa.
Post offices are spread across the state and through this partnership with the Department of Posts, Vodafone takes bill payment facility closer to home for customers living in the interiors of the state. The facility will particularly benefit Vodafone post-paid customers who presently do not have access to bill payment through other options such as online portals.
Inviting all Vodafone post paid customers in Goa to make post-paid bill payments at the computerized post offices, Ashish Chandra, Business Head, Maharashtra and Goa, Vodafone India said, “At Vodafone, we follow a Customer First policy, where the customer and their requirements are the core of all that we do. Vodafone already has one of the highest retail footprints in the state. We strongly believe that Vodafone’s post paid bill payment facility through computerized post offices will significantly enhance the convenience factor for our valued customers, in remitting their monthly mobile bills. Currently the facility is available at 53 computerized post offices. Over the coming months, we will look to extend the facility to remaining computerized post offices in Goa”.
