Vu Penthouse Bar & Restaurant Review: To Dine or Not To Dine!

Being the foodie that we are, Team News Patrolling recently reviewed this lavish new uptown Bar & Restaurant located at Eros Corporate Tower. With an attractively unusual name, the Vu Penthouse Bar & Restaurant serves you some of the best delicacies from the Asian, European, as well as Modern Indian genre.

If you are someone who cherishes the open-bar style restaurant, you are definitely in for a treat. The first thing we noticed when entering the restaurant/bar was its fancy setup with round tables and royal blue chairs — the drapes over the glass windows added to the beauty of the restaurant. After being escorted to our seats, we looked through the menu to find just what fits our taste buds.

With some struggle, we finally decided to start with the classic wild mushroom soup that was priced at INR 315. While the soup was being prepared, we looked for starters and main course. For starters, we ordered the Street Style Spicy Dumplings (Prawn & Celery) and Sushi Rolls with Asparagus Tempura, Chili, Sriracha Mayo, and Togarashi Seasoning. The price for the dumplings was INR 475, while the Sushi Rolls was priced at INR 625.

The entire menu has been divided into sections which include:

The food arrived pretty fast, and yes, the taste was just as amazing as the table looked. Everything from the soup to the dumplings was just perfect. We also enjoyed a few drinks. We tried out the Wine Cocktails, and they were simply delicious, just like fresh nectar from Mother Nature. The presentation was what got us going and increased our hunger two-fold. If you wish to take a look at the gorgeous view outside, you can always opt for the window seats that give you a perfect view of the city from the 16th floor. The crowd was great, and the place is spacious enough to house 200+ people. VU Penthouse Bar & Restaurant is simply magnanimous. If fancy is what you are looking for, this bar cum restaurant is a must-visit. After chugging down a few drinks, we took to the dance floor, and the music selection was top-notch. For someone who is a groovy music lover, this place sure sets the perfect mood.

All-in-all, this place does well in entertaining its guests with great food, amazing drinks, and a party ambiance like nowhere else. Definitely, a must-visit place!
