YOGA & ITS CONTRIBUTION TO SOCIETY

We can have a healthy India with help of yoga and good diet. A good diet is possible only in better environment and in scenario of socio economic development.

                       HEALTHY INDIA

INTRODUCTION-

INDEPENDENCE IS NOTHING WITHOUT HEALTHY INDIA, FOR DREAM OF DEVELOPING INDIA THERE IS MUST BE DEVELOPED OUR HEALTH. BECAUSE A HEALTHY MIND IS COME FROM HEALTHY BODY. AND THERE IS NO CHANCE FOR THE WELFARE OF THE INDIA UNLESS THE CONDITION OF HEALTH IS IMPROVED.IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR A BIRD TO FLY ON ONLY ONE WING.

That Morning we all are saying proudly a good and fresh Morning when all are should be Healthy, No any dieses in our country, no painful life only one thing is every face and that is ‘LAUGHING.’  Health is one of the best and most important things for us and our country. Because a country is that time developed when the citizen is developed and this is possible when a good Health is there. So indirectly a developed India is related to its citizen Health’s. There is no meaning of Independence when its people are suffering different dieses, because for independence we have to also independence from dieses. For getting a peaceful life then a healthy mind is require and for a healthy mind there is a healthy body is require. For healthy body then a healthy food and for this a good environment is required. So environment is directly proportional to health. For getting good health we have to keep our environment clean and green. Not only environment but also another thing are same and equal responsible and for a healthy body and that is ‘YOGA’.

                         Yoga is one of the best medium to improve our health and I think in 20th century its value never estimated because in our busy life it is the best way to keep our health safe and save. Through this essay I try to give message to our friend the importance of Yoga and through this Yoga I try to seen my India as a Healthy India.

HEALTH IS WEALTH-

   We all are known the popularly saying “Health is wealth”. By health we do not mean the absence of physical trouble only. But it is a state of complete physical, mental and social well being. The loss of wealth is loss of happiness. Thus, our good physical and mental well being provides us the opportunity to enjoy life without any obstacles. The ‘wealth’ one derives from good health is a actually a life free from circumstances that afflicts in some way and hence affects our happiness and comfort.

                           There are many people in our country who are extremely wealth but due to poor health, they are unable their materials coins. Their daily performance and hampered by physical and mental incapacitation and hence they can be actually considered poor. A person is when wealthy when he has good health. In short good health is wealth as no amount of money can cure one of terrible sickness. Good health ensures a fulfilling and enriching life.

 PRESENT HEALTH SCENARIO IN INDIA-

India is the second most popular country of the world where most of the people are live in rural area. Where basic needs like Food, water, dresses etc are dream. Most of people are till believe in different terrible dieses are relieves to worship to respective god. Where Ambulance service is dream and till they ignore about First Aid. Generally pregnancy women are totally ignored about calcium, iron or nutrition food. Here different contagious, infectious and waterborne dieses like whooping cough, respiratory, infection, pneumonia and reproductive tract infections dominate the morbidity pattern are they believe in the curse of god.

                                                 Also they totally don’t know about Iodine, Polio and Hepatices etc. which is very important for health. It is not only the responsible of them but also same and equal responsible is government as well as we all. Because so many services are not reaching proper places where required due to some ford people. Some recent survey are present of our health related in India which is mention in below

1-Every third person in the world suffering from Leprosy is an Indian.

2-Malnutrition is one of the most dominant health related problem in rural areas of India.

3-Million children do not get two meals a day. More than 85% rural children are under nourished.

4-Very early marriage before 18 is 72.5% of total women.

5-Very early pregnancy-72.5% of woman also in between them are not getting nutrition tablets.

6-Fifty one’s percent of woman deliveries are conducted at home and 28% of pregnant of woman are daily basis check up.

So from this think that if a woman is born this type of weak and mentally harassment child then what is the future of India?

So for this problem we have to not silent and try to solve this to working together different NGO’s and also help to government of their different system and try to reaches it those type of people. Then the Health Scenario of India must be improved and India be continue their journey towards success.

 YOGA IT’S A BIG STEP TOWARDS HEALTHY INDIA-

Human beings are made up three component body, brain, and soul corresponding these three is   three needs-Health, Knowledge,health-wheel1 and Inner peace. Where health is physical needs, Knowledge is our psychological needs and inner peace is spiritual needs. When all three are present then there is a Harmony.

                  The word YOGA comes from the Sanskrit word ‘Yuj’ that literally translate to mean ‘YOKE’. Like two oxygen yoked together. It means connection and it also means work or practice. And we all are known till oxygen connection we all are live and when it goes out life is end. So for better connection of oxygen or breathing we have to do daily basis Yoga or Pranayama.

Yoga has many types like Raja yoga, Inana yoga, Bhakti yoga and Hatha yoga. But when most people talk about yoga in India then one is come that is Hatha yoga and popularly known as ‘Asanas’. It can also include ‘Pranayam’ a set of breathing exercises. Yoga is a very important system of complementary therapy. Yoga teaches prescribe specific asana and pranayam for specific dieses. Yoga is give beneficial in treating many diseases like Diabetes, asthma, hypertension, fat, cancer and many more where science is fail in front of Yoga. Yoga exercises helps to control, purify and coordinate the nervous system. Doing yoga regularly in mourning period after fresh have a great benefit to improving general health.  It’s also helped to purify and relax to mind and gives us inner peace which is a very important step towards healthy mantra. Meditation is a mental discipline by which one tries to attain a deeper state or relaxation. It involves focusing one’s attention on a single point reference. It’s a very important and every stages of human being.

If we peep into the benefits of yoga, they are numerous. It improves physical fitness, stress, control, general well being, mental clarity and greater self understanding. People of all ages can do yoga and it can also be adapted for people with disabilities or special needs. The asana enhance muscle strength, coordination, flexibility and can help to keep our body fit control cholesterol, reduces weight, normalizes blood pressure and improve cardiovascular performances. Some people have thought that yoga has time taken for our busy life. Obviously its take time for our body to tuck itself in here and fill out there. In between yoga period you only concern treated about your health and think positive way.

                             If Life is a drawing board dieses are mistake and for erase for this mistake we have to do yoga. It has take time for us to wind ourselves up in a knot. Naturally it takes time to unravel. If we still breathing it is never too late to start ‘YOGA’.

 DUTY AS A RESPONSIBLE CITIZEN-

As a citizen of India we all have think that there is some duty’s is there and that may be vary with respect to time and  I think this is the perfect time to taking a one more step about health. Because we all are known that health is primary key of success if there is dieses is continuous problem in a country then resources is whatever but developed is impossible. So health is directly proportional to develop a country. It is not over me and my family is healthy and my duty is over. We have to see that our society, our country is free from dieses or not. Because dieses are a dangerous thing because it spread through Air, water and environment so that we have to safely concenrntreated towards our family as well as society. It is not for individual but for together we are comes to each other and let’s try to understand everyone the value of health. And a diseasesness India is when all are free from dieses and we all proudly say that my India Is Healthy India.

 CONCLUSION-

For to do something in a creative way we have to see a Dream and to full fill this dream we have to choose a different path with a hard work. Like this I am just try through this essay to see India as a healthy India, where no any person  it may be rich or poor, educated or uneducated all are healthy and I think this day we are proudly tell that we are healthy and my India also healthy. After 68th year independence in India much more people are suffering in different dieses. So that for a developing India this is a big obstacles to make our country weak. Day to day the dieses are dengerrious and also spread their area, so to destination this we have to take a one more step and that is ‘YOGA’. Where there is a small step must be tomorrow is a healthy and developing India. There is no our duty is over only in Yoga to full fill our dream  a healthy India we have to taking healthy food, try to keep our environment clean and green because this is also  very important for our health. A pollution free environment is same and equal required to for good health. So let’s start to make our India healthy India with plantation tree and doing everyday yoga.
