National investigation agency can make more difficult for Zakir Naik as one close adviser of the divisive pastor has given a confessional declaration under section 164 CrPC and said that Naik’s has undeclared property value Rs 100 crores.
National investigation agency’s upper sources mention that one more main adviser has also fixed to contribute statement against Zakir Naik. However, he underwent a fracture lately which is holding legal procedure for now.
After Department of Enforcement, now National investigation agency will be seeing the court for a non-bailable warrant against Zakir Naik.
After non-bailable warrant, NIA will put the application to announce Zakir Naik a declared criminal under section 82 of CrPC.
