Arvind Kejriwal led Delhi Govt to have a 2 day winter session

kejriwal759The National Capital Territory of Delhi shall have a very short 2 day winter session, beginnign today. The key points that will be discussed are mostly local that will be raised by MLAs under Section 280 on the floor of the house. The opposition will mostly try to embaress the government for not inviting the Lieutenant Governor to address the house before the start of the session.

Another major topic that is bound to figure during the two day session is the LG Anil Baijal’s decision to return the Delhi Government’s file to slash DTC bus fares. The decision to hold the 2 day winter session was taken by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal during a Cabinet meeting held on the 6th of January. The 2 day winter session will end on the 18th of January.
