Bengaluru, September 21, 2020: Bengaluru-based startup, Thinkerbell Labs has received a grant by Centre for Augmenting WAR with COVID-19 Health Crisis (CAWACH), an initiative by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India for developing ‘Chakravyuh’, a product that helps to collect and analyze real-time data on COVID-19.
With the number of COVID-19 cases increasing each day and vaccines still under development, contact tracing and quarantining have become the primary tools to fight this coronavirus. The current process of contact tracing primary and secondary contacts starts only when someone tests positive. And by this time, the affected person may have unknowingly infected others in the community.
Realizing this problem, IAN-backed tech-driven startup developed Chakravyuh that seeks to address the issue to keep the community safe. The product analyzes and predicts spread patterns along with collecting metadata important for contact tracing. Thinkerbell’s Chakravyuh deploys a connected, smart, temperature measurement, and analytics solution for State and District Administrations, providing them with quick and comprehensive access to the information they need to pre-empt the spread of COVID-19.
Speaking about the initiative, Sanskriti Dawle, Founder, Thinkerbell Labs said, “COVID-19 contact tracing is important to slow the spread of the pandemic. We invite state and district administrations across the country to partner with us and deploy Chakravyuh in their areas. ”
