After a long night’s sleep, when we wake up, our body needs immediate supple of energy. During sleep when the body rests, it moves into starvation mode. Whole Grains: with whole grains you get the right type of carbs and fibers. A bowl of cereal, a whole grain cereal alike oatmeal is a great option. Get some dry fruits in your oatmeal like walnuts and raisins with some bananas.

Something light: If you are not a heavy eater, you have he option of going for something light and simple light a fresh fruit salad, vegetables salad or even cut fresh fruits. You can even use these fruits to make a sumptuous smoothie with honey and yoghurt.
