New Indian Brahmos missile

New Delhi: A new Brahmos missile had been made by the Indian Navy and it is tested successfully, from INS Kolkata, off the coast of Goa in the Arabian Sea. The test was done at the range of 290-km destroyer. The launch off the Goa coast was reached its destination without any falsify in its parameters. According to the defence source, only the INS Kolkata can fire 16 Brahmos missiles in salvo mode, where the other navy ports have capability of firing eight missiles. On August 16, 2014,this INS Kolkata which was commissioned by the Indian navy.
The Brahmos was patented by the Brahmos Aerospace for the unique design. This is the first ship which comes with vertical placement, all also same has been done in the other three ships to be the prime strike weapon. For the striking of any direction targets the UVLM has been a benefit the process. And the launching of the missile vertical move, an official told, chief Sudhir Mishra.
