BENGALURU: January 25, 2015. Glory Edutech Foundation, in association with Fuel Media Solutions Pvt. Ltd organized a first of its kind Inspirational talk “Success Path of Toppers (SPOT)” at Bengaluru. A panel of previous Toppers of IIT-JEE, AIMPT (All India Pre Medical Test) & International Olympiads at a national level were seen sharing their best known methods and experiences for the most sought after IIT-JEE exams. It was one big occasion where they got an opportunity to share and provide face to face Interaction with school toppers & Parents.


Top Scorers from schools across Bengaluru participated in the Event which was organized at Good Shepherd Auditorium. The first session was held for class 11th & 12th students and the second session was for students between 6th & 10th standard. The aspiring students got to interact directly with the toppers and got to learn the best practices of their journey to success. The toppers were seen sharing and assisting in exploring the success formula on simple rules to secure top rank.

“Institutions prepare students with subject knowledge as well as the skill to apply it in competitive examinations. To be successful, these components are equally critical and essential. Selection of right mentor and good coaching plays a critical role in maximizing the performance of students”, Chitraang Murdia, Gold Medalist in International Physics Olympiad 2014 was quoted as saying. “The Continuous evaluation mechanism keeps a student always on toes and helps to maintain the required momentum in studies” said Tejaswin Jha, topper of AIPMT 2014.

It was a great avenue for students to learn the art of Goal Setting and derive their own success paths from the experience of Toppers and experts. Interaction with parents and the importance of their role in the success of their children was also one of the important part of the series of discussion which was imparted by the Top Rank Holders and Gold medalists of the IIT-JEE at National Level.  The forum created a space for students to explore their subject knowledge to greater depths with some best known methods being shared to stay ahead in the competition. It is one good way of staying updated in this ever changing competitive environment and design innovative ways of learning and teaching.

Many Educationalists have been working on making life easy for students who have been spoilt with a million choices. Some of them are going to the extent of bringing the best educators under one roof and creating a knowledge pool par excellence. Students of the current generation have an extreme comfort zone when it comes to choosing their career options. The forum saw students, parents & teachers exchanging their views on the concepts of teaching, methods of studying and secret mantras of success.

The SPOT Panel members consists of Mr. Chitraang Murdia, AIR 1-JEE 2014, Gold medal in international Physics Olympiad 2014, Mr. Govind Lahoti, AIR 3- JEE 2014, Mr. Amey Gupta, AIR 8-JEE 2014, Mr. Kushal Babel, AIR 27- JEE 2014, Mr. Tejaswin Jha, AIR 1- AIPMT 2014, Ms. Shreyasi Shah, AIR 4- AIPMT 2014, Ms. Shristhi Asthana, NTSE Scholar, National Balshri Award Winner Finalist-Google Science Fair’14. Close to 1000 students and parents attended the one day program which brought all toppers under one roof in a first of its kind event in Bangalore
