Recipe: Papad ki sabzi

jjjSounds weird right? Many of you might not have heard of papad ki sabzi, but it is a famous dish of rajasthan. It is a delicious sabzi and gives you a amazingly awesome break from the regular vegetable curries that we have at home every day.

Read the recipe below:

⦁ Fry papads in oil, and keep it aside
⦁ Heat oil in a pan, and add cumin seeds and green chillies
⦁ Once it starts to crackle, add finely chopped onions and cook until it becomes translucent
⦁ Add chopped tomatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes
⦁ Add ginger and garlic paste along with masalas – salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, black pepper, and garam masala
⦁ Cook until all everything comes together into a fine gravy, and oil starts to separate
⦁ Add a cup of curd and and a cup of water into the pan, and bring to a boil
⦁ Once the gravy is finely cooked, add the fried papads and chopped coriander leaves
⦁ Serve hit with rice or chapatis
