Sushma Swaraj Seeks Report Over Arrest Of An Indian Man Over Bomb Threat In US

India’s Twitter savvy Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj has asked for thorough report from India’s Ambassador to the US as an Indian man was held over a bomb threat in the US.

Reports suggest that an Indian businessman, Paraman Radhakrishnan was taken into custody at the Grand Forks International Airport for allegedly making a bomb threat. He has allegedly claimed to contain some explosives in his bag. Paraman was held under terrorism charges and is currently at a local correctional facility.

Paraman’s wife requested Sushma’s help on Twitter and the Foreign Minister did not refuse. She sought port on the arrest form the Indian Ambassador in US. Congress chief Sonia Gandhi’s political secretary Ahmed Patel as well as several other friends of Paraman also requested Ms Swaraj’s help in this case. They claimed that Paraman is innocent.
Various reports suggest that Paraman was on a business trip to the US. He was about to check-in for a flight from Grand Forks in North Dakota to Minneapolis, Minnesota.
