As part of the program, the company will equip the young talent with the critical knowledge & skills required to kick start their career in tech.
The intensive full-stack development training is a 14-week program that promises to be a thoroughly guided program conducted by leading industry mentors. It will be an enriching mix of classroom and practical training followed by learning with practical assignments and life assessments. Additionally, the team members will get vast and rigorous exposure by working on real-life projects. With the launch of this program, AVIZVA goes beyond creating employment opportunities, the organization looks forward to establishing a strong foundation for young talent taking their first steps in the technology sector. To fulfill the commitment of the program, AVIZVA has partnered with Hero Vired, a new-age technologies education provider in India.

A journey of around 6 to 7 years for an associate to become Technology Lead is being power packed to three years by this specially curated training mechanism.
