Terrorists attack cash van in J&K; bodies of Indian soldiers mutilated

Five cops and two security guards were killed today in south Kashmir, when terrorists attacked a cash van. The incident occurred in front of Jammu and Kashmir bank’s Kulgam branch. The attempt to loot the cash van proved futile since police personnel were able to repel the attack despite 5 of their colleagues being killed in the attack. Some policemen have been injured too and they are currently receiving treatment for their injuries. A search operation has been launched to find and arrest the terrorists. The van was attacked when it was on its way back to Kulgam town after depositing cash in the Neehama village branch of the bank.

In another sad development in J&K, two mutilated bodies of Indian jawans have been found. Pakistan violated the ceasefire along the LoC and attacked a patrolling party. Pakistani soldiers then mutilated the bodies of those killed in the attack. The inhuman act of Pakistani soldiers has been criticized by many people and politicians. The Indian Army has condemned the brutal act of Pakistani soldiers and has vowed to take retaliatory action. An official statement issued by the Northern Command read, “Such despicable act of Pakistan Army will be appropriately responded.”
