Terrorists Attack PDP Minister’s Home In J&K’s Anantnag, Decamped With 4 Weapons

In an another terrorist attack in the Jammu & Kashmir state of India, a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Minister Farooq Andrabi’s ancestral home was attacked by terrorists on Sunday in Anantnag district.


It is also believed that the terrorists decamped with four weapons of security guards posted at Andrabi’s residence. One policeman was also injured during the attack.

Andrabi represents Dooru constituency in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly.

He is believed to out of residence when the attack took place. The injured security guards were shifted to hospital.

This is the third terrorist attack that took place in different parts of Central and South Kashmir on Sunday.

An AK-47 rifle was snatched by three persons from a police constable in Jammu on Saturday. Police said two persons involved in the Jammu weapon snatching incident had been arrested while the third was still at large along with the snatched weapon.
