TV24 UK Uses Survey Anyplace for Insights into Customer Viewing Habits

In-app mobile survey, lead generation, and customer insight tool delivers valuable feedback

14 October 2014, Antwerp, Belgium & London: TV24 Group, a global TV guide app provider, has chosen Survey Anyplace’s mobile survey technology to get actionable, in-depth information about its users’ viewing habits.

TV24 Group used Survey Anyplace’s off-the-shelf product with its customized design tools to create a seven-question quiz that generated more than a thousand responses. The survey was promoted via banner ads within the TV24 television guide app that automatically directed users to URL of the survey.

“Survey Anyplace delivered valuable customer information that we will be able to use to enhance our bottom line with both improved customer service and more targeted advertising,” continued Mr. Hellström. “We discovered that 40 percent use our app several times a day and that the majority of respondents are over 45 years old.”
