Virtusa Wins Bronze International Business Award for Investor Relations Program of the Year

Stevie® Award recognizes Virtusa for openness and transparency into key performance indicators 

Bangalore, India  (October 15, 2014) –  Virtusa Corporation (NASDAQ: VRTU), a global IT services company that combines innovation, technology leadership and industry solutions to transform the customer experience, today announced it has been named a Bronze Winner of the 11th Annual International Business Awards (Stevies) for Communications or PR Campaign/Program of the Year – Investor Relations. More than 250 executives worldwide participated in the judging process for the Stevie Awards.

Additionally, its investor relations team increased its regular contact with its current and prospective shareholders to ensure they were well-informed of the company’s business performance and strategies, thereby allowing them to have consistent information with which to make investment decisions. All these activities resulted in an expanded base of institutional shareholders.
