Anxiety and depression are two of the leading lifestyle issues affecting the lives of busy going Indians.   • Padabhyangam: This is a highly effective Ayurvedic treatment to attain mental calmness and get over your anxiety related issues. During the Padabhyangam therapy a thorough foot massage is conducted with stimulation of nerve endings and other pressure points of the foot.
