NEW DELHI: Two men were mowed down and one was left severely injured by a Honda city car being driven by a BBA student in Delhi.
According to police, the 21-year-old student, Rishabh Rawat was travelling to his house in Janakpuri after partying with friends at Shivnagar.
A police officer on seeing the condition of the car said the car was in tremendous speed. The impact of the hit smashed the windshield of the car.
The killing spree started around 6am when Rawat left for his home. His first victim as Kameswar Prasad near gate number 4. When being chased by locals, he rammed another, Santosh. To escape, the youth took a wrong turn when his third victim, Anand, came under his wheels.
According to eyewitnesses Rawat would had also smashed the constable had the police hooter had not been blowing.
Locals said, the youth soon after getting off his car demanded for a cigarette and lighter. “He told the constable to get compensation for the victims from his father,”said a local.
